These terms govern the sale of products by GameJAVA Creative Inc. through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Trade accounts

Accounts are for business use and are approved at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for orders placed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your authority. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that gives false registration details.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can using manufacturer information. Specifications, packaging and firmware can change without notice. Images are illustrative. If a product materially differs from its description, your remedy is the return process in section 7.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown to approved trade accounts, exclude tax and shipping unless stated, and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed in your order acknowledgement. Where a price is listed in obvious error we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when the order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be taken, or the delivery address cannot be verified — and will refund anything already paid.

6. Payment

7. Delivery, risk and returns

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Shortages or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products carry the manufacturer warranty supplied with them. We pass through and, where we can, administer those warranties. Beyond that, and except where the law says otherwise, we give no additional warranty.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, so keep a copy with your records if it matters to you.

13. Governing law
