Dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at a weekend, or on a public holiday go out the next business day.
If a line turns out to be short on the shelf we contact you before shipping rather than splitting the order without asking.

Estimates are business days from dispatch, not from when the order was placed, and exclude public holidays.
Tracking
Every shipment is tracked. You get the number by email when the order leaves us, and it is always available on the order tracking page.
Large and heavy orders
Bulk orders ship by freight and are quoted per order. Tell us if the delivery address has no loading dock, needs a lift gate, or has a booking-in process — it is cheaper to arrange up front than to redeliver.
If something goes wrong
- Visible damage on delivery — note it with the carrier before signing, photograph it, and email us the same day.
- Short or wrong shipment — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it at our cost.
- Tracking has stalled — give it two business days, then email orders@gamejava.com and we will open a trace.
