Order Tracking

Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with to see where your shipment is.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the statuses mean

StatusWhat is happening
ProcessingPayment is confirmed and the order is being picked.
On holdWe are waiting on something — usually payment or a stock confirmation. We will have emailed you.
CompletedThe order has shipped. Tracking is in your dispatch email.
CancelledThe order will not be fulfilled. Any payment taken has been refunded.

Cannot find your order?

Order numbers are in your confirmation email, and in the orders list on your account page. Use the same email address you ordered with — tracking matches on both.

Still stuck, or tracking has not moved in two business days? Email orders@gamejava.com with the order number and we will chase it.
